Acne is a skin problem that is experienced not just by teenagers but also but many adults. It is not just annoying to have acne but it is also quite embarrassing as well. However, by cleaning your skin regularly and drinking lots of water, it will be possible for you to have healthier skin.

Drink plenty of water everyday. Drinking a lot of water will clean the toxins from your body and this will help in treating acne. Water will keep your skin hydrated and this will result in a healthy skin. Moreover, drinking of plenty of water will also reduce the chances of developing acne in the future.

Some natural tips that you can consider to get rid of acne are:

         Take some milk and then mix some nutmeg into it. Make sure the milk is not boiled. Now apply the mixture on the acne and let it be fore about an hour. Then you can wash your face with water.

         You can make use of another homemade paste for acne. For this purpose, you will need some honey and cinnamon powder. Mix these two ingredients together and then apply the same on the acne before you go to sleep at night. You can wash it off the next morning.

         One other home made remedy that you can try is to mix some lemon juice with some cinnamon powder and then apply the mixture on the affected areas. However, if you have sensitive skin then you should not make use of this remedy.
