You will find huge amount of vitamin B12 in fish, meat, poultry, milk etc. Vitamin B1 also known as thiamine that converts the carbohydrates into energy in your body. It is also important for the proper functioning of your heart, muscles and nervous system. Thiamine can be found in variety of foods like, pasta, meat, fish, dried beans etc.

Your body also needs vitamin B6, another member of the B vitamins. It is required for the normal functioning of your brain and nerves. It also helps in forming blood cells in your body. There are many food items that contain rich amount of vitamin B6. These include, potatoes, bananas, beans, seeds, nuts etc. vitamin B3 is also called Niacin. It is needed for proper functioning of digestion and your nervous system. It can be found in poultry, fish cereals etc.
