With breast surgery, there is always the risk of it not looking good and the risk for infection as well as nerve damage.  With drinking supplements, there is the risk for allergies or side effects that can be damaging to your body.  But with exercise, it is all natural and is very healthy for you.  Not only do you get to exercise your breasts but you also get to exercise your arms, toning them at the same time.

Exercises to Get Those Beautiful Breasts

Exercise One:  For this breast exercise, you will need 3-pound dumbbells and a soft mat where you can lie down.  Lie on your back on the mat with your knees bent to minimize the stress on your lower back, and with a dumbbell in each hand, extend your arms out at about the level of the shoulder.  With the elbows slightly bent, lift up your arms above your chest, making the dumbbells meet.  Slowly, lower your arms to the original position at your shoulder level.  Do this for about 15 times daily.

Exercise Two:  Sitting on the edge of the chair, you should be conscious that your back is straight.  Do not arch your back as you lift the weights so as not to stress your lower back.  With your arms straight at your side, slowly lift them up at about the level of the shoulder.  Hold for about five seconds and then slowly bring your arms down to your side again.  Do this for about 15 times daily.

If you keep doing these exercises daily, you will soon get those firmer and beautiful breasts that you want without the aid of surgery or supplements.
