Can you help me here??

I've been married for over 14 years and faithful the
whole time.
Lately, though, I've been kind of bored. After this
much marriage,
there are no surprises left and whatever romance we
once had has been
over for a long time. I don't want to do anything
stupid, like have
an affair (my friend did that and it was a disaster!).
I'd like to
spice things up and would appreciate some suggestions.

Try adjusting a little to your lifestyle - by travelling with your wife to even changing apartments or living location. Environment sometimes plays a role in a bored relationship.

Also try talking to your spouse a little more intimately, sometimes little attention can rekindle falling romance.

It may be hard at first to try, little changes in our life can trigger more happiness and reduce boredom.
