Whats The Better Investment?
For investment purposes which would be better? To purchase empty land or land that has a building on it. I know if there is a building, for resale value, I would have to be sure it was in good repair. But which would bring the greater return?
Or would my best bet be to purchase empty land and develop it before trying to resell it?
