Supposedly eating breakfast stops you feeling hungry and snacking later.
I'm not sure if I believe that tho.
Idd, if you haven't ate anything after you woke up, you will feel sick the whole day. But on the other side, when I eat immediately after I wake up, I feel sick too. I still eat a snack before my lunch, some fruit or something
when i was still living at home, my mom would never let me out of the house without breakfast.
now that i live on my own, i rarely eat breakfast. i have no time for it in the mornings. i would usually eat brunch around 11 am when i feel hungry...and lunch at 2-3pm
