The Denver Nuggets visit the Detroit Pistons on Wednesday at The Palace at Auburn Hills. Denver defeated Detroit, 117-109, in Colorado on November 11th to snap a seven-game series losing streak.

The Nuggets have lost in their last eight trips to Detroit, dating back to March 10, 1995.

Denver has lost two straight, including Tuesday's 111-107 setback in Chicago. The Bulls Eddie Curry burned the Nuggets by scoring 14 of his 16 points in the fourth quarter.

Carmelo Anthony paced Denver with 32 points, including 15 in the final 12 minutes. Nene, who returned from a four-game suspension, chipped in 19 points and Earl Boykins ended with 16 for the Nuggets, who have lost two straight and nine of their last 12 games. Andre Miller collected 15 points and 11 assists in the loss.

On the injury front, Denver's Marcus Camby missed the game with a sprained left ankle.

The Nuggets, who are 4-9 since interim coach Michael Cooper took over on the bench, will visit Milwaukee on Friday.

Denver plays the third of a five-game road trip Wednesday. The Nuggets are scheduled to visit Michael Redd and the Milwaukee Bucks on Friday and Jermaine O'Neal and the Indiana Pacers on Saturday.

Anthony has scored in double-digits in eight straight games. He is averaging 19.1 points and 5.1 rebounds in that span. The Syracuse product leads the Nuggets in scoring (20.7 ppg) and is third in rebounding (5.8 rpg).
