The very title of this article seems more than a little strange, does it not? A little crazy. An ambitious goal so far beyond the possibility that it seems laughable. Instantly achieve happiness? Seems to be completely unattainable; absolutely unachievable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This seems to be\nimpossible because, based on our past experience, we simply do not believe we\ncan really achieve a state of COMPLETE happiness and joy, let alone achieve it\nRIGHT NOW! But, as you shall see, I will shortly begin to prove it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
There are thousands\nupon thousands of systems, methods and techniques for achieving happiness and\njoy. However, at the core of each and every single one of these thousands of\nmethodologies is a single, simple idea. Learn this one simple idea and you may\nwell save yourself decades of effort and struggle. Learn this one idea and your\nsearch for the secret to having what you desire is over. You will need to keep\nan open mind for a moment. I shall begin by making a very broad and general\nstatement:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A human being is capable of only so many things. A human can:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Act<\/p>\n\n\n\n Communicate<\/p>\n\n\n\n Feel<\/p>\n\n\n\n Believe<\/p>\n\n\n\n Make Decisions<\/p>\n\n\n\n Think<\/p>\n\n\n\n These broad categories\ncover the entire spectrum of human experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Now a question. \nWhat is it that causes unhappiness? (Remember to keep an open mind now).<\/p>\n\n\n\n Unhappiness seems to\nbe caused by many different factors, all of which must fit into one of the\nabove categories. We may be unhappy because we have acted improperly. We may be\nhaving problems in regards to communicating with others. We experience any\nnumber of difficulties in regards to our feelings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Our beliefs about\nanything in the world can certainly cause us to be unhappy. We often regret\ndecisions we have made at some point in the past and they return to haunt us.\nAnd our thinking patterns certainly cause each and every one of us a great deal\nof grief.<\/p>\n\n\n\n That being said, here\nis another question: What do every single one of the above problems (and any\nothers you may wish to add) have in common? What is the key element? What is\nthe secret?<\/p>\n\n\n\n The answer is (drum\nroll, please). . . .<\/p>\n\n\n\n Your thoughts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Your actions, be they\ngood or bad, are created by your thoughts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Your words and all\nforms of communication stem from your thoughts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Your feelings are the\ndirect result of your thoughts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Your beliefs are\ncreated and then reinforced by your thoughts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Your decisions are the\nchildren of your thoughts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In short, everything\nyou experience is the result of your thoughts, good or bad, correct or\nincorrect. There is no secret in this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n This theory, silly as\nit may appear when directly verbalized, it the key to unlocking the state of\nabsolute happiness and joy right now, this very moment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n For, if you could\ncontrol your thoughts, your actions would follow. You would never again do\nsomething you did not really want to do.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If you could control\nyour thoughts, you would immediately bring all your feelings under control. You\nwould never feel bad again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If you could control\nyour thoughts, your entire belief structure could be changed, if you wished.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If you could control\nyour thoughts, you would most certainly make better decisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If you could control\nyour thoughts, you would control and greatly improve your communications in\nwhatever way you might wish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In short, everything\nyou think, say, do, feel, believe and decide could change, if you desired any\nchange at all. If you control your thoughts, you control your experience of the\nworld.<\/p>\n\n\n\n This seems\nridiculously simple, does it not? Simply control your thoughts and you will\nexperience a state of unending, total bliss. Not difficult to understand at\nall, is it?<\/p>\n\n\n\n Nobody wishes to be\nunhappy. Yet a very large percentage of us are unhappy. Why is this? If we do\nNOT desire to be unhappy, and yet we ARE unhappy, how can this possibly be?<\/p>\n\n\n\n It is because we\nBELIEVE we CANNOT control our own thoughts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n These undesirable\nthoughts seem to come at us against our will; just pop into our minds unwanted.\nAnger and grief and depressive thoughts occur without warning seemingly out of\nnowhere. Hatred, jealousy and fear dog us day after day. Disappointment.\nInsecurity Greed. Thoughts of attack. Thoughts of addiction. On and on and on\nthe never-ending list goes, causing us to say, do, think, feel, believe and\ndecide what we do NOT wish to say, do, think, feel, believe and decide,\nseemingly against our own very will.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We seem to be at the\nmercy of a malevolent force we cannot control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We do not seem to be\nable to control our own minds. Our minds seem to control us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n This is insanity.\nHowever, in this simple theory lies the secret to unlocking every single thing\nyou have ever desired. In this seemingly silly idea lies the answer to creating\nthe life you wish to create.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The absolute control\nof thought CAN be achieved. It can be accomplished, regardless of the belief to\nthe contrary. It is not as difficult as one might believe. This CAN be learned\nby anyone willing to make the effort, and it can happen almost immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Think for a moment\nabout how this would feel. Really try to imagine what your life would be like\nif you never, EVER experienced another negative thought. Pretend for a moment.\nTry to envision a life in which you experience ONLY what you wish to\nexperience. Can this happen?<\/p>\n\n\n\n Yes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n How is this achieved?
