Improve Focus With Brainwave Technology

Brainwave technology uses sound, tones fed to your brain at certain frequencies, to actually change the frequency of your brainwaves.

This may sound a bit complicated and it is, but it’s important because all of our mental states, whether asleep, relaxed, focused, or hyper, show up as brainwaves on EEG charts. And those brainwaves resonate at certain frequencies.

Even better is this; using brainwave technology to create binaural beats within the brain, you can actually trigger your brain to start resonating at certain frequencies–thereby triggering certain states within the brain.

Those states can be anything from deep sleep to hyperactivity, but our focus will be on Beta base frequency tones, those which help the brain to concentrate better.

Do you know the feeling of ‘hitting your stride’? When you’re really focused, everything comes easier. Problems almost seem to solve themselves as soon as you look at them.

Work is finished sooner or more is done. Using brainwave technology can help you to reach that focus within minutes. The best application of brainwave technology is often in a work or home office setting.

This is science and Eastern meditation techniques, blended to help you become more focused, more intense, and, in the end, more productive. Here’s how it works.

Two different tones are fed to the brain via stereo headphones. The difference between the tones forms a binaural beat within the brain, which triggers that focus mood.

The key is in finding the right program for you and in making sure that you can devote as much time to actually being productive as is humanly possible in any situation.

If you work in an office, there are bound to be other noises going on around you (although noise-canceling headphones can help tremendously with that) and there are bound to be interruptions.

Some things you won’t be able to help. However, resist the urge to multitask when using a focus brainwave program.

Multitasking draws the mind off of any one project and scatters it among several; and, by extension, it dilutes the effect of the brainwave technology.

Concentrating on one thing at a time allows you to focus better and finish faster and you’ll find that you actually get more done this way–and that the work you get done is of higher quality–than when you multitask. What’s not to like?

Beta waves are good for increasing focus. However, the best focus programs don’t stop there. Instead, they subtly blend two different frequencies, the concentrative Beta brainwaves and brief bouts of higher frequency gamma base waves.

The gamma base waves should never be used on their own because they coax the brain up to levels that it cannot sustain for long. However, when blended in brief bouts with Beta waves, they can help you operate at your peak performance level.

Brainwave technology can mean the difference between the ability to focus on the task at hand and a scattered, disorganized mind that seems to be always working, but never getting anything done. If you and your brain are working at cross purposes with each other, you’ll never get anything done. But brainwave technology may be able to help you get yourself and your brain into sync so that you can do more, better.
